Returns , Exchange and Refund Policy

Schoolwear Plus Limited is happy to exchange or refund* items returned within 28 days of the date of purchase.

Any items returned must be in the same saleable condition as when purchased; i.e. unworn, unnamed, unwashed, un-ironed, and with all packaging and labels intact.

Please enclose your proof of purchase when returning goods.

We’re sorry but we are unable to refund or exchange any item that has been worn, named, washed, etc., unless faulty. In addition, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund/exchange socks/tights and gum shields that have been removed from packaging.

If you require a replacement item (e.g. size ordered was wrong), we would advise you to make a separate online purchase as this will ensure the fastest receipt of your goods.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

Postage is not refundable, unless an order is cancelled before being dispatched.

* These terms EXCLUDE “Clearance”, “Sale” and “Reduced” items


Instructions for returning goods

To help us process your returns quickly, please follow the instructions below:

1) Complete a Schoolwear Plus Returns Form

Please click here to download the form or contact us and we will email a copy of the form to you.

2) Either bring your goods to be returned to our showroom or package the goods for return, together with the completed form, using suitable packaging materials and send to:

Please note that, should you choose to return the goods, in person, to our showroom, we will only be able to process exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If there is a monetary amount to be refunded we can only offer you a credit note or to pass the refund to our Returns Department for subsequent processing (by law, card refunds must be applied to the card used for the original purchase only).

3) If you choose to return the goods by post, we recommend that you request a proof of posting/delivery certificate as we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

4) We will endeavour to process all Returns within 10 days of receipt, however at busier times such as Back to School please allow up to 28 working days. You will be notified by email as soon as your return has been processed.


Terms and Conditions

You can shop in confidence knowing that you can return your items within 28 days.

Schoolwear Plus reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we believe that the item has been worn or soiled through being incorrectly laundered, stained, damaged or torn by the wearer.

Refunds will be credited by your original method of payment and will be processed within the 28 day processing period set out by Schoolwear Plus.

Refunds on goods are subject to them being received back in a saleable condition, or in the event of faulty goods, subject to inspection and agreement by Schoolwear Plus.

In the unlikely event that you receive items which were not what you ordered, which are faulty or damaged, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we ask that you notify us by telephone or email within 3 days of delivery of the goods so that we can help to resolve the matter. For incorrect, faulty or damaged goods we may request you to return the item(s).

Schoolwear Plus will not be held liable for any loss or damage to parcels that are being returned to us.
