PLEASE NOTE

Due to the sheer volume of customer orders we have received in the last weeks of the Summer break (many after the previously published deadline of August 10^th), one, or both, of the following may be delaying your order being fulfilled:

               1) We are seeing an increasing number of “out-of-stocks” from or suppliers

               2) We have a backlog in both our order processing and embroidery/print departments.

If you have received an order confirmation, i.e. receipt (in-store) or email (online), we have your order and will be processing it as soon as possible.  Please note that orders are being processed in strict date sequence.  We would ask you not to phone or email to chase orders as that diverts our resources away from their primary objective of fulfilling outstanding orders.
