You will normally receive your goods ordered online within 5 working days. However, at certain times of year it is possible that deliveries can be delayed. Therefore if you have an urgent order please call us on 07967 619645. If we experience any problems we will make every effort to contact you, hence the importance of supplying a correct daytime contact number and email address.

If we need to send you more than one package you will only pay once per order. Items will be sent using Royal Mail delivery services.

Deliveries can be made to home address or any other specified address in the UK.

If you wish to collect your goods from one of the Jilly Beans shops, then please indicate this when ordering your items. Your items will be reserved for 7 days.
