General Manager (Schoolwear) Opportunity
The company directors have overall responsibility and accountability for managing all aspects of our two related businesses, Schoolwear Plus and Workwear Plus. Being small businesses, the directors get actively involved in a wide variety of activities.
We are now looking for a bright, dynamic, professional manager to join us as General Manager of the Schoolwear business.
Your role will be to:
* Maximise retail and trade sales (schoolwear and workwear), meeting or exceeding financial targets, by delivering excellent customer service through effective management of resources.
* Lead, inspire and manage the sales team to achieve excellence.
* Assist the Company Directors in a wide range of business management functions
This role has exceptional long-term prospects for the right individual as the Company Directors are anticipating reducing their hands-on management of the business over the next few years and will be looking to the General Manager as a potential successor.
