Once again, we find ourselves in Lockdown and, as a result, our store in Great Baddow will remain closed until further notice.
As it currently looks as though schools will be closed until mid-February, we do not expect a high demand for school uniform over the next few weeks. However, to support our customers that already have orders in place, we will be offering a limited collections service to enable customers to pick up their orders.
Orders can be collected, from outside the door of the store on Wednesdays between 10.30am and 1pm, commencing 13th January. As we will be operating with minimal staffing levels, please ring the bell and wait outside the door for someone to attend to you. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process collections outside of these hours.
Customers can still place new online orders at www.schoolwearplus.com for Home Delivery or Collection, as required, but please note that the processing times may be longer than usual.
During the period of closure, we will be unable to take customer telephone calls but, should you wish to contact us about any urgent matters, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org, where emails will be monitored occasionally.
