Pre-BTS Shipping Update

We are now starting to take delivery of our Back-to-School (BTS) stocks.

Whilst there are still disruptions to worldwide shipping, due to the troubles around the Red Sea, we are not anticipating any major delays in our supplies.

We would still encourage you to shop early or book an appointment, if required, to avoid the inevitable queues over the Summer.  If we don’t have your required items when you come in, we can take your order and we will notify you as soon as we receive them.

Please note, for orders (online or in-store) placed after August 10^th, there is an increasing risk that suppliers will be out of stock of some sizes. 

If you are concerned about your child(ren) growing before the new September term, please remember that, effective from June, we have our extended exchange offer which allows you to change items right up to the last day of the Summer break (subject to our standard returns criteria, i.e. un-worn, un-named, with labels intact and in a saleable condition).
