December 2020 – Covid-19 Update & Christmas Closure
Now that the November Lockdown has finished, our store in Great Baddow has re-opened with our usual trading hours – Tuesday to Friday 9.30am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm.
Please note that the store will be closed for Christmas from Tuesday 15th December to Friday 1st January, inclusive. During this period, our online shop, at www.schoolwearplus.com, will remain operational. Any orders placed with the “Collect from Store” option or “Delivery via School” option selected will not be available for collection / delivery to school until we re-open in January. Orders for “Home Delivery” will be processed as usual but may be subject to longer processing times due to limited availability of staff and the increased volume of packages being handled by our couriers.
During the period of closure, we will be unable to take customer telephone calls but, should you wish to contact us about any urgent matters, please email us on customerservices@schoolwearplus.com, where emails will be monitored occasionally.
